After having just visited the Chipotle in Rosemount Minnesota I found out that you can only order online and not in person because of some sort of system failure quote our system is down she said and you can order only order online so I had to go to my app and of course I had to update my app I don't know why the app has to be updated every month but that's kind of bizarre and eventually I was able to order my food and then I waited and even though it was ready and made I had to wait another four or five minutes because my pickup time was 2:20 and when was 216 and product was completed they wouldn't give it to me yet so I could leave the restaurant I suggest that if your system is down that through the app all customers are made aware of this pi

Someone hacked my app and used my credit card. I cant get into the app. NO one from chipotle has contacted me about this issue.

LikeI am one happy customer what changes services on Memorial Drive in Richmond Indiana he served fresh food off the grill he was working as a team leader giving the customers a smile while so when your orders myself included we don't have a Chipotle but boy did he go up and above his Call of Duty to ask what we would like and how we wanted it and he was working well with his co-workers please hire him as a professional and you have my phone number and I will confirm the request of the remarks that I'm leaving please get this message to corporate

My burrito was awful. The chicken was over cooked and burnt. I couldn't even finish eating it. It's that I'm a great cook and I do not burn my food...so why should I purchase burn food. Actually it shouldn't be sold to anyone. Seriously, I'm not that desperate for a burrito. I hv'nt had one since God knows when, and it would hv to be me. The burnt chicken threw the who burrito off!!!

Well if you are telling the truth and did not finish eating it, just return the uneaten food for your refund. Otherwise you are entitled to nothing.

So walked into Chipotle on Route 40 in Frederick Maryland, to order dinner for my family. After standing in line for about 4 minutes, the acting manager told me they couldnt take my order, it was online orders only and this came down from corporate, that taking my order wouldnt be fair to the online orders....wow, this employee also stated they were short handed. Later after speaking with the GM of the store, she stated that wasnt true that corporate never stated to stop walk in orders, nor did she.

Complaint about the male manger with glasses

South Bay MALL Dorchester Ma. Chipotle is HORRIBLE...THE MALE MANAGER WITH GLASSES DENIED ME AND MY ONE YEAR OLD FOOD ...AFTER PURCHASING MY FOOD THAT WAS OVER SEASON AND TO SALTY....HE NEVER CHANGED MY FOOD OR REFUND ME I GOT KICKED OUT AND ME AND MY ONE YEAR OLD HAD TO EAT AT( PANERA BREAD AROUND THE CORNER STILL IN SOUTH BAY MALL DORCHESTER.... I ordered food from this restaurant was told it would take 15 mins. When I arrived I was told they had been about 2 hours behind. I requested a refund and have not heard anything back. I would like to know how to get my refund. If there continues to be no response I will never order food from this restaurant again.

Have you tried contacting them thru their corporate website? Also, I noticed they generally respond to complaints left on their main Facebook page.

BTW: the amount of complaints and negative feedback on their Facebook page is shocking! It definitely makes me not want to eat there.

Unable to order online for three straight weeks

Chipotle app would not accept an order - for 2 weeks there no pickup times and this week the app would not accept payment. Even worse was the in location experience. The prep line was filthy and only two people in line. Where's the supervisor? Then the server said the were not permitted to make a quesadilla. What's with that? And the server was skimpy on everything - rice, beans, protein - a half a spoon full. Appears the staff is all new - I've been going to the Duluth location weekly for years and I didn't recognize anyone. Told Chipotle we will go to qdoba if this don't change quickly. Got an email from Chipotle that was all platitudes - no substance.

I started working at chipotle they started to treat black people there terrible at the 31771 store. I got fire after I explained told them I was going through a family emergency while I was sick. When I got sick I found out my cousin got shot in the face they still fired me. The Peru chipotle store has other reasons why it shouldn't be open, especially under the management of Kyle May. One reason Ill is because saying he doesn't see color(race) after I explained to him about the incident of a customer refusing to put on a mask and since the man was black the people I worked with, excluding managers, assumed I know him since I was black too. I saw them treat this customer like crap and will treat the white customers like royalty when they refuse to put on. A mask.
