HANDS NOT CLEAN

i saw a worker pick up food with her hands and throw back in the pot? i turned around and walked out unlikely i will go back to that store again i completely see why the lady was agree why would you want to come back for another plate of infestattion this store concept is organic and pure but not cleanliness , i went to another chipotle last year and same uncleanliness i saw , just the way the dont pay attention to the transfer of the food to the plate food is dropped on the floor and no one speaks english

FLYS ON FOOD .. Forest lane store dallas !!!! dont eat it

on 2 occassions i went to this store and found flys flying around the food . the first time the woman shued the fly away with her towel she was holding , this last time , im sure i will not be back there its just so close to my house and i hate riding to far away ... i called the store manager he said come back to get a different dinner? haaaa why would i want to eat it , my husband and i threw it in the trash .. nasty and filty , this store had food dropped all on the counters raking it back in the pots .. some of the mexicans may be undoctumented for one ,cause the boy helping us didnt speak no english you had to point at what you wanted ... THE WORST FOOD EXPERIENCE FOREST LANE AND CENTRAL NEXT DOOR TO whichwhich sandwhich place .. i called corporate all phone closed

wow that was the same as i got when i went there this store has had several complaints i agree the hispanics there seem to not be legal and some dont speak english i just never went back there

Hair in food at Chipotle, Columbus OH Bethel Rd.

During a visit earlier in the afternoon on this particular day, I paid for and left with 2 burritos, 2 sodas, and an oversalted bag of chips. When I got home and started eating my chicken burrito, I ended up tasting something strange that turned out to be a long hair of a different color than anyone living in my home. (I have short hair) I called the store and spoke with a manager who eventually agreed to refund MY ENTIRE ORDER, which is actually less than I deserve for having been a loyal customer of Chipotle for many years, and having suffered this disgusting experience. He took my name, and said I should present the receipt upon returning to get the refund. I did so much later, around 7:30 PM- and a helpful employee quickly went to fetch the manager. (a different one than whom I spoke with before) Right away, he appeared apprehensive and not at all willing to help a loyal customer. I told him about the promise made by the first manager, and he said he was standing right there during the phone call and did not hear him say such things. So, this person basically called me a LIAR, on top of exhibiting no sympathy or apology whatsoever in regards to the disgusting mistake by one of the employees earlier. He went on to say that the store policy was only to refund or replace the one burrito, but this makes no difference to me- I was promised a FULL REFUND of the order by a manager. That is what I should have received.. and at the very least, an apology and coupon to make up for what happened. I have no reason to lie about any of this, I spend lots of money at Chipotle and normally enjoy the food. Insulted and disgusted by the terrible behavior of this manager, I denied any refund and walked out- leaving the receipt there in my haste. But I will be happy to show a copy of my bank statement proving I was there that day, and I will not stop complaining about this until I receive a full refund of my order or an equivalent coupon value, AND assurances that something will be done about this manager's disgusting attitude, AND that employees will observe proper health regulations to avoid dropping long hairs into the food they prepare.

I went to chipotle yesterday and normally this location is the best however I waited in line for twenty minutes then a manager was very rude (female ) for now on I'll attend another one

Chipotle Manager Review

I used to frequent the sea girt nj location. The staff is so rude. My burrito fell apart and there were bones in my chicken. I almost cracked a tooth. I don't know who runs that place but on that particular day, the manager... And I use the term lightly, looked very flustered and confused. It's a burrito not open heart surgery. What a disappointment.

Food Poisoning

I contracted SEVERE, life ruining food poisoning from Chipotle and I am 100% positive the illness was contracted there. A doctor confirmed the illness relating to Chipotle and there were entries on iwaspoisoned.com where other people complained about contracting food poisoning from this specific location....again i am 100% sure of the origin of my illness. I emailed chipotle to let them know that I suggested training on proper food handling at that specific location for employees because of this incident. They called me back and basically told me that their food did NOT make me sick and that they were sure I contracted food poisoning elsewhere because there was no report of an "epidemic" at that specific location, even though I saw other entries online complaining about this specific location. Again, I am 100% positive the illness was from that location and I am offended that they would tell me otherwise. I will never eat there again. Just because someone contracts food poisoning does not mean that there will be an "epidemeic", one batch of undercooked meat is all it takes. Eat there with extreme caution.

Orland Park Location

This review is about the complaint directly pointing out the Orland Park location. i have been coming to this location since they opened up. when they opened up the food was amazing, the staff was friendly and it was just a great environment to come to and spend my money. however, this has all been slowly going down hill. the staff has changed alot, rudeness when being spoken to, eye rolling, and just no real customer service skills. I have to beg to get my plate made well like im getting everything for free? On other occasions, i have to wait over 20 minutes in line, which i am MORE than okay doing if i receive good food and service, but i just am not. Other occasions i get charged more than what i ordered, i come home to realize they missed something in my bag, or having some type of hard bones (what i think it might be?) in my meat. I honestly hope that this place starts to turn around before it gets worse, this used to be my favorite place to go to but that has been changing as well.

I am a for almost four years at this restaurant but today 07/22/14 . Was the wores ever service they gave me!! I almost had to wait six minites because they got out of stake and beside that they were all just making fun of the cituation.

Appalled at the managers and cruel treatmenst to employees!!!

I was recently at the Chipotle Mexican Grill with my husband and two daughters, A very polite young lady greeted as and asked how our day was. I have gone to this same Chipotle for more then 4 months and never have I seen a manager with such disrespect. The young lady that helps us with being forced and rushed to "kill the line" while another manger just stood in the pathway from the front to the back just smiling. I was ashamed to see that young lady struggle to "kill the line", on her own until the manger noticed my fierce face and began to help pressuring the girl to go faster and faster. I have had bad service from these managers and to make things worse they are beyond lazy!! I am extremely happy to say I will never return to that Chipotle or any other Chipotle again and I am debating whether to report the store and the managers for their lack of respect for the employees and the fact that they only stand around.

I wish you would report them. My boyfriend is forced to work off of the clock all of the time with his job threatened if he doesn't.

I'm disabled and can't work and this job is our only hope right now. He is miserable.

This company uses buzz words like "team player" to guilt you into sacrificing your quality of life so they can get away with free labor. Maybe if the consumers spoke up too, there would be more hope in winning some of our rights.

You don't have any way of knowing the full story of what goes on in any business, that the customer doesn't see. Until you have proof that you know what was going on behind the scenes, you don't have any reason to be complaining.

Actually the way employees treat each other isn't any of your business unless you are actually involved in it. Just being a customer doesn't count.

I cannot disagree with you more on this.

Unfortunately it is not common enough that customers recognize how employees are treated at businesses they patronize. Turning a blind eye to people being mistreated in any circumstance is cowardly.

Unfortunately, our social evolution over the past 60 years has carried us to a point where this is acceptable. In addition, from a business standpoint, any decent manager understands that employee morale directly affects performance, especially with regard to customer service.

Bad food, Bad service.

I ordered two carnitas, both were so fatty, we could not eat the majority of it. Two steak burritos, both were falling apart. I think they need bigger burritos They were short staffed, I waited for ever to get mine finished. We live 40 miles away, if I lived closer I would have taken it back. Two Managers were there, one talking to a man about a complaint food and the service and the other in the back not even listening to the employee asking for help up front. Another employee in the back was making cat calls and screaming. Really weird

Don't Go To The Capitol Heights, MD Location STAY AWAY BAD SERVICE BAD FOOD

To Whom It May Concern, I am very disappointed in the service that is received at the Capitol Heights, MD location at 9141 Alaking Court. On several visits to the restaurant I have always had to deal with the lack of customer service which is horrible, orders are always incorrect and tonight my food was not cooked. The rice was so hard when you bit into it I thought I had cracked my tooth. So of course by time I returned to the store it was closed. I had to deal with a security guard that was rude and not willing to go get management. So after 5 mins of dealing with the security guard someone came to assist me and gave me a refund. I am just truly disappointed in this location because no one there cares about customer service. Everyone is in a rush and very rude to the paying customers. I really love Chipotle but treating customers like this is not going to last very long. I will be spreading the word not to go this location.

Employee behavior and food quality

On June 29th, 2014 as I placed my order for myself and my family I had to face a very rude employee at your Barstow Chipotle restaurant (Outlet location). The employee had to remake the burritos I ordered various times because the tortilla was falling apart. The employee then started mumbling words and as I asked what I wanted on my bowl he started to throw the ingredients on my bowl. At that time I pointed out to him his behavior and told him that was not how you treat a customer. My family and I did not enjoy our food at all due to such a rude employee. Chipotle has been my favorite Mexican restuarant know I have to think twice before going there.
