Not enough food for what I pay for not on time

Wrong stuff

My order was WRONG They did not give me what I paid for but charged me for it. It is not right for them to do that.

Anger

Hello my name is Nicholas Williams and I have never been so angry with a restaurant. This place made me wait for an hour after my food was supposed to be done and they give me the smallest burrito Ive ever seen. I am so upset with this place I will be sure to never eat here again and also tell everyone I know to never eat here again. The fact that you put me on an angry consumer app makes me even more pissed. I want an immediate refund from this place or I will call my bank and cancel it.

Information

Could NOT get a hold of a human being. Not only that, but no way to leave a message for anyone to call me back. I called several store locations, and not even the Managers had a valid phone number for Customer Sevice. Lost my business...

Chipotle says that the safety of customers COVID issues that there will be no Halloween allowed with access to the store UNLESS the public uses an APP and waits for a CODE and the first 200 will get the B1G1 Free entree. REALLY? Chipotle allows long lines at LUNCH time...

Hacked account

Someone got into my Chipotle account and charged $90 on my debit card but first tried on my AMEX. I had to cancel both cards and delete both of them off of my Chipotle app since they used both cards to pay for their food.....

Why do we have to order online why always were we told to leave the store and go to our cars and order online this has happened before Nobody to tell us why This is the Largo Florida on East Bay drive. ... And also in your special from time to time we have to order it online also with no one explaining why I was told to leave the restaurant and order the special on online which is freaking ridiculous

Disgusting filthy environment including total disregard for proper mask protocol.

Ive already described this in full in my initial e mail. Ive not heard one word of response from Chipotle. Perhaps its due to the fact that I stated emphatically that I would NEVER eat in that Mishawaka Indiana Chipolte again.

Order issue

Im not pissed, just bummed. Waited all day for my food and it never came and chipotle still has my $43. No human customer support to get any help, just automated phone calls and online reviews. I wont be ordering from chipotle/door dash anymore and Id like to get my $43 back. I work hard for my money.

User's recommendation: Be careful. Call the restaurant to make sure they are taking your online order or else you’ll pay and never get your food.

Unhappy about being charged the regular price when the burrito was supposed to be $5.00

5.00 Halloween deal. My son did an online order on the app and his went through. Then he did my order and it did not go through. He asked the cashier if i could get the deal and she said fine. Then when i got to the same cashier i told her about the 5.00 I was supposed to be charged and she knodded yes but still charged me the regular price. When I went back there yesterday they said to contact you.please help

The general manager, Esmirna S. at this chipotle location is disgustingly rude and unprofessional. Came in for the Halloween special (an order is $5) with my two kids. My husband was waiting in the car (anyone who knows the area knows parking is difficult to find)....
