I talked to customer service and they’re refusing to refund because I used a gift card. This company lied straight to my face and stole from me. Never use the app unless you want to be scammed.

We have tryed to contact chipotle a dozen times regarding this matter we spent like $65 their and are food was so thrown in a bag so messy we could not evan attempt to eat it and it was missing some of are order we took the food back and I ask the guy that made ate order if he was smoking crack or if he was high or something to do such a thing like that and he just looked at who ever their like nothing was wrong total disrespectand they said we had to contact the company for our refund and we paid by card its under ERICA WEST so if wouldnt mind please contact us and refund ate money because we will never eat their again not ATLEAST this one in jonesboro, Arkansas

Walked into the Sunbury ohio Chipotle and there was one customer in line ahead of me the young guy was helping him and there was 3 women that was standing over by the pickup window just standing there talking the young guy looked back at them as to kinda give them a single that I was standing there waiting they just keep on ignoring him so I was like I guess I'm not getting to order anything and I walked out and then called customer service I eat at Chipotle all the time and the one in Delaware Ohio is the one I go to normally and I've never had a problem with service at that one but it looks like the girls in the one in Sunbury Ohio needs retained on customer service and how to greet people like all the other Chipotles I've been to

Disappointed today, I walked into your Carlisle facility in Pa. and was told they were not able to serve me today because, they were only serving customers who had ordered on line due to lack of help. Apparently only 2 employees showed up today at the time I was there which was at 11:30 am.
I had drove over 25 minutes to get there and to be turned away because I had not ordered on line was very disappointing.
What makes an individual that ordered on line more important than the customer that walks in to your facility.?
I understand the shortage of help but not how you prefer one customer over another.
I am a big fan of your product but disappointed in yor overall service today.
