I visited Chipotle for the $5.00 burrito. I drove (12) twelve miles one way to purchase the $5.00 burrito. The code would not work for me. The manager tried to assist as well. I was a unhappy customer

We (husband & myself) drove a totaled of 24 miles (to and from) Chipolte for the $5.00 burrito. The manager tried to assist us in ordering online as well. Please Do Not market this promotion, if you all can not fulfill. Frustrated Customers.

Spilled water during visit cause me to fall

As i was leaving the restaurant, the was water spilling out through the kitchen door, this caused me to slip and hurt myself by falling and hitting the ground

Shrug I didn't get to read the complaints against me, I didn't get a chance to defend myself against The accusations, I Said if I was out of pocket for anything I would Make My apologizes to The people or person, I am a person who likes to Play hard ( jokes and teasing), I Said to a co-worker,"your ugly" but I meant it in a joking fashion, I told The Manager this and Said I would apologize, they probably didn't even check security cameras to see what really happened, so I feel I got shafted and fired on false accusations and pretests.... Will be asking L&;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;I what I can do about this unjustly situation.... Wrongfully fired

Paid for something I didn't get

Went to a chipotle store in Sickerville nj. They didn't have lattuce, guac, salsa, sour cream. I ordered a bowl. They said they couldn't change the price on the cashier so I paid the entire price of the bowl without all I wanted. Just rice, beans and tofu. Thats crazy

Raw beef

I made a online order to go, when I got home it eat my bowl with brisket (beef) a lot of it was RAW.

The associate told me the first one didnt go through. So I did it again and when I checked my account I noticed 2 charges.

Answering machine then was hung up on. The machine told me to check the website but I already did that or I wouldn't be here...

App was hacked. Never responded to email or calls

My Chipotle app was hacked somehow. A large delivery order in another state was charged to my credit card via the app. I tried contacting Chipotle multi-ways and they never responded to any of my messages. Ive since deleted the app, and disputed with my bank. I guess expecting Chipotle to at least follow up on one of my messages was to much to ask.

Poor Customer Service

Store is closed at least once a week with a hand-written sign on the door. Poor management. No response from them on complaint.

Local Store

The Brand New Yulee, FL store has been out of multiple items my last few visits. Prior to the opening of this location I would go to the location in Rivercity, Jacksonville, FL. This location had the same issues and the same manager. I'm sick of the lack of prep from this manager. It is 11:30 in the morning. You should be fully stocked. They literally just bother to prepare guacamole with a mile high pile of avocados sitting in plan site. They will wait until things are completely gone to even begin preparing more then make you wait. They will lie and say they don't have items to have enough for doordash orders instead of preparing more.
