Terrible sad experience

Now 3 Chipotle restaurants closed 3 to 3 1/2 hours earlier than the website states. One restaurant we went to was actually out of food at around 6:50pm!!! And their customer service is not doing anything about it.

User's recommendation: Don’t waste your time and go after 6:30pm.

The store at 31 73 Steinway st Astoria 11103 stop working at 9 pm even the hours til l0 pm

They stop working in different times some time 9 sometimes 9.15 . The hours on the door open until 10 pm

User's recommendation: They should serve the customers til 9:45.

Need refund

Placed order online - arrived at set time & was told it would any where fro 45 min to 1 hour before receiving my food - told them I was on my way to work & cancel order - I was still charged for food I never received. Tried calling - no response

Poor customer service

I had my fiancé to order from from chipotle and my food looked like it had been thrown around,I then returned back to the store to let them know how my food was and the acting manager had an attitude and one of the other employees was disrespectful saying he wasnt making my food over even after seeing its was messed up.

My food done right

Horrible accident

I went in to place an order at the Canton, Michigan on Ford Road location. This young, dumb, ignorant, and totally unprofessional black girl was so so rude I just left and spent my money at Outback Steakhouse across the street. This happened about 11:40 am and I am a black gentleman by the way. She should be fired but who else are you going to hire except another young, dumb, ignorant, and totally unprofessional black girl. Oh well these are the times we live in I guess.

User's recommendation: If you feel any kind of disrespect from someone you are trying to spend your money on just leave and go somewhere else.

Not responsive to customer issues.

I have tried contacting Chipotle via chat and phone regarding an issue and severe delay with my rewards and have gotten no response.

I placed an order at the wrong restaurant

That's it, I'm done with the one in Lorain Ohio. They don't take on line orders, staff is extremely rude. I ended up at a different chipotle in a different town . Chipotle sucks!!!!!!!!! You can't talk to a REAL human, I've never seen nothing like it.

Complaint and refund

Despite me speaking to someone and them telling me i would receive an email within 3 days, that did not happen. I called probably on the 5th day and asked for another escalation. I was told to keep my phone line open and well, still no call. Chipotle has kept my money without even trying to contact me about it. I have called the local store about 30 times since the order was mistakenly placed. No answer.

Order never arrived

I ordered ahead of time at 7.28. To pick up at 8. I got there. There was over an hour wait time for me food with 17 people ahead of me. They were not taking walk-ins. So i could not just have them make what i ordered, since i paid online already. I ended up leaving without my food. I paid and i would like a refund please.

Chipotle in Exton Pennsylvania gave me someone elses order. The order that I received was a Philip Wolf. I tried to call the Exton PA restaurant and no one answered the phone. I paid for my order and I wanted to get what I ordered. They had a sign on the door saying theyre only excepting online orders. I live a distance away from the restaurant and did not have time to go back to let them know they gave me the wrong order. I will not be eating Philip wolfs food because that is not what I eat.

I asked for cheese and she told me she is suppose to give me two or three pinches of cheese. Just want a clarification on that.

Incompitant manager

I paid for chips and guac with my bowl and they didn't even put it in the bag making me drive 3miles back. The manager had a attitude and never said sorry Or even looked at me.not only that but when I was given the chips they are way over cooked and covered in salt. If this is not taking care of I will tell everyone why chipotle is a bad place to eat. And that they don't know how to put chips in a bag. I didn't pay 17 bucks to get ripped off.
