Charged for an order that did not process

On October 31st I ordered a delivery order from Chipotle on Denton tap road in Coppell TX. When I hit Submit order I saw my normal Chase bank pop up Chipotle charged you $18.00 and then the chipotle app went to a Paige that said something went wrong, this location is not delivering today. I called the store spoke with the manager and he asked me for my information the last 4 digits of the card used and told me it would be removed from my card. This morning the $18.00 charge moved from pending to an actual charge. I have been charged for an order that did not go through. Please call or email me to let me know how to resolve this issue. Store closed when ordered

Im very upset not because of the restaurant closing when I got there to pick up my order but the way the manager addressed it. Not coming to the door after knocking for awhile then when he did come he had an attitude not helping at all just saying they had to close and nothing he could do and to get a refund had to go online. I am going to think twice before going back and I actually really love Chipotle.

Over charged

I was trying to order from them using door dash. Chipotle's site kept messing up, I finally just logged out. Then I got a text that my order was picked up! What the heck. Trying to reach someone to get a credit is ridiculous. I will NEVER order delivery from them again..and the salad was whimpy...hardly any lettuce.

A second Charge on my account

The app on halloween when it was $5 pickup after 5pm had glitched and ordered my order twice. I had only picked up one of my orders because I did not know there was a second charge on my account until I checked my records. What I am asking is a refund on my $9.20 order that was mistakenly ordered twice due to all and technological issues.

Refund

Placed order online. Order ready at 5:30 arrived for pickup 6:07. The order was no longer available and was advised to reorder. With the line out the door I just want my refund. The Hanover, Arundel mills location is closer to me but I went to this location because the Hanover, Arundel mills is doing the business a disservice. They need to be investigated your something The worst chipotle in my world.

Horrible food and service

I ordered on line through door dash and when my food was delivered, it was just slipped together, nothing that I ordered was in the burrito bowl it was full of juice from the beans wilted lettuce and a huge amount of tomatoes.it looked like garbage, it took 6 calls to door dash to get my refund, when you order online you should get the same service as if you were there in person.

The Brisjess burned. They would not offer me a refund or give me a different batch of brisket. Customer service was absolutely horrible.

Do not visit the location at walkins park in Upper Marlboro Maryland terrible service. The brisket was completely burned when I asked the cashier if he could make me another bowl which I had only taking one spoonful out of he told me that he could not that all the brisket cooks to be burned. I told him that is not true because I ordered it a week ago on Sunday and it was not burned it was tender and moist

EI would eat there 5 times a week but I never get any points nobody will call me to help me. I have tried this many times and nobody seems to care about customer service.

I ordered online and paid ahead when my husband got to pick it up it was the wrong location and that door wouldnt use my credit so we had to pay again this was yesterday November 1. So I would like my refund

HR no live people to talk to

Me with about five new hires started working at chipotle almost 2 weeks ago none of us have received our W fours and the only people keeping track of our hours are us. None of us have employee IDs they keep randomly scheduling us and then keep calling us to come in when were not even scheduled payday is Friday and now theyre telling us we need to fill out new job applications I dont think so. There is no HR person theres no live person just speak with runaway as fast as you can

Cannot get someone to call me

I have had the Chipotle app for a year I would eat there 5 times a week nobody will call me I do not want an email I have reset my password over and over and over &;;;;; it DOES NOT WORK
