I did not get my reward points when I visited about a week ago. The employees couldn't get the app to work and neither could I. I got a burrito bowl with chicken and guacamole. I. would like to get my points. Thank you.

Horrible, o am disabled and my kids work in a different style Restaurant. I could usually say that they are consistent on when I can see my order being made! This was crap! Nothing for quantity compared to seeing it being made! BS I CALL

Shorchanged at Chipotle Boca Raton

December 7th 1:40PM at Boca Raton store 5560 North Military road I rushed to pocket my bill and change in order to free up the lineup at the cash register. Later on when I regrouped my change with my wallet I noticed that the cashier shortchanged me by 7$. Placed two requests wih Chipotle who have ignored my request.

User's recommendation: verify your change carefully if you pay cash at this store. Manager should take action.

User's recommendation: Don’t go to Chipotle in Mercer Mall Lawrenceville NJ 08648 they make random women purchase food orders only if you have exact change even if you decide to change food order at every visit it’s criminal.

I visited a chipotle about 3 or 4 days ago and could not get the mobile app to work and the employees could not help me either. I just wanted to get my reward points for the chicken bowl I purchased with guacamole which would be 9 or 10 points.Thank you.

I was threatened by Chipotle employees when in the restaurant

I was disrespected by a server. She was rude and cussing me out her Manger her Aunt joined in and followed me outside to my car. The restaurant was busy. It was lunch time. She called my *** and yelled at me a the way outside. Its was @ 3900 Hillsboro Nashville Tennessee 37215. I ate lunch ther frequently because my job was across the street. I will try to convince my friends and co workers they are not safe going to that location. Ive called to complain with no one answering my calls. I was traumatized by the event and I will be doing my due diligence to make sure it doesnt happen to any one else. Im legally looking into this it was an assault. Please reach out to me. 629202****.
