Chipotle - Customer service complaint

Employee forgot to put one of the bowls in the bag. I went all the way home, went inside and found that it was missing. I had to drive all the way back. When i got there one of the employees said it was my fault and that i forgot the bag. This is unacceptable. I go to chipotle at least 4 times a week, a long time paying customer. I am very disappointed.

Chipotle - Judgement

I ordered chicken, cheese and queso burrito in the Warminster, PA location. 2 employees openly judged me and laughed. The whole incident was offensive and unacceptable. The 2 employees were a female standing about 5’10” with red hair and lots of forearm hair. The other employee was about the same hight but maybe slightly smaller with a dark beard.
