DI was insulted and mistreated by the employees at one the restaurants by Bryant Park in NYC.. Horrible experience! One of the employees told me to kiss her *** It was today 11/22 at the location parallel to Bryant Park. My kids were with me. Just awful, Ive never been treated like this at any restaurant and by employees. Appalling bad service!

I have 3 Chipotle locations around my home. It doesnt matter whether I go to a location she the open, middle of the day or for dinner they never ever have veggies as all. Once again this happened today. Moes their competitor never has an issue like this. Plus the customer service number is nonexistebt. I guess Chipotle doesnt care about their. customers as their managers is the stores just give me a blank stare and no answers. Not even an apology.

Hello , my name is Zlata Dzhaman. I want my money back for the disgusting food and service. A sauce cap was found in the burrito when they brought it to the restaurant, the employees said that it was their sauce cap, but did not return the money. We ordered food for 3.40, but called back immediately and asked to reschedule for 4.30, the workers agreed, but when I arrived at 4.20 everything was already being served, we brought food, but it was cold and dried out. Hey Chipotle. I always trusted you and believed in your overall mission. But now you are being a cheater and deceiver by offering a fake free delivery. You charge more for the menu items and don't charge for delivery? Is this like you? DON't deceive people. Be honest and forward, and the fine print is not your way out of the cheat. Shame on you! Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement.

I am very disappointed the white manager see very race against Asian because Im not white I never have that kind experience go to restaurant and treat you bad. Throw you out the door didnt accept Asian or black she should not be at this restaurant. if she treat people discrimination, they need to do something about that. I will talk to my lawyer there is not acceptable.

Me&My 12 year old son Ricky eat there alot!! Long story short we got same burrito 2 out of 3 nights. 1st night they charged us 13$& 2nd time they charged us 22$!! Rick is My name (419)902-**** is My #. I didn't want to argue with the young lady,I just got off work it was late I was tired&hungry but I was definitely irritated even after I explained she didn't want to hear/understand Me!! I definitely feel I should get a whole Meal replaced for My son&I on the next Visit!! charge&inconvenience!!

Call to make a complaint to kids on the phone hung up on me twice the bowls I ordered were not right. I paid for a chicken rice bowl, and the worker made the rice bowl without the chicken. I didnt realize until I came home because I bought the food to go to eat at home.

When I realized there was no chicken in my food, I called that branch and spoke to the manager to tell them that my order was made wrong. And she started accusing me, and saying that how did I not know ahead of time that the order was made wrong and that I should have known. I explain to her that I thought that the worker made the order correctly, and the order I paid for is not the order I received. She kept How is that possible?

and how did you not know? my sister also spoke to her on the phone and she was rude the whole time and then accuse us of being rude when we were not.

My sister asked her for a number for us to speak to someone else because she was being very disrespectful and demeaning we asked her for her name and she said that Im not going to give you my name, we asked to speak to a different manager, and she said theyre on break, when I called the number that she gave for customer service support, it was a fake number I called the branch back and spoke to the same manager and told her the number you gave me is not a real number and I was asking her politely if she could confirm that she is not going to give me a refund for an error that was made by their store. She said I am not confirming or denying anything, and then hung up on me.

I paid 26$ starving ordered steak bowl from them 10 on last night and still have the food I dont eat pork Im allergic they sent me someone elses order and dont care I was so frustrated and people are so careless now adays
