My order was sent to the incorrect store. The agent who assisted me told me to reorder and that the original order was cancelled, and that I never received the credit for the original order.
Unprofessional manger
- - Charged a different total and claimed $18.
- - Card declined; demanded $18 or no food.
- - There was gaslighting about the payment method.
A very unprofessional manager that messed up his person of the restaurant and basically charge me a different total than what it was actually supposed to be and told me continuously I knew it wasnt right and I asked him was it correct? He said no so I tell my card he says oh your car declined and I said Ill pay you eight more dollars since they recharge my car and he said it was either basically give him the full amount of my original total of $18 or basically not get my food at all, but I already gave you the money for my food so he was very unprofessional.
He basically tried to gaslight me to say I use a whole different car I use a different method of payment. He didnt really get the transaction basically just trying to lie in this that this happened on Watson Boulevard the chipotle in runner, Robbins, Georgia and 5:00 PM and it was very unprofessional very unreasonable.
He told me not to talk to him. Hes not argue with him and it was just very unprofessional.

I was at the Ridge location and ordered a half chicken and half steak bowl, and they tried to charge me $27. When I told them it was half and half, the cashier and manager started telling me that I did not order that; I ordered double, and I didn't. They had attitudes and were just very rude.

i ordered a veggie burrito bowl and got someone elses order in the bag which was a salad with meat, and i am vegetarian.

Never received our order .... again.
- - DoorDash delivery is unreliable and can lead to missing or stolen food.
- - Chipotle customer service is unhelpful; the automated system ignores answers.
The food is good. It's also dependent upon the neighborhood.
They use Door Dash, which absolutely sucks.
They deliver to my neighbor, which is a flop house, so they'll steal my food if I don't catch it before they see it.
For context, you have to hear this so you avoid Door Dash. It seems that a decent portion of there employees have sub-80 IQs. I'm at 751. My neighbor is 757.
In the area for the driver, I always write, "White wooden fence. Solar panels on roof." We are the only house with these attributes. Could I make this any simpler!?!?
I called Chipotle customer service, but I had to hang up. Their automated service asked me if it was a catering order about 20 times, completing ignoring my answer.
I had to hang up. I had to call the police because my neighbor wouldn't answer the door. I threw away the food, I mean come on. They weren't keeping it, though.
This entire chain of events traces back to Door Dash's very low eligibility threshold.
I'm pretty sure the only requirement for employment is that the applicant must be currently breathing. Just to add to the amazingly horrible track record of Door Dash. 3 years ago I was rear-ended by a guy who was delivering for Door Dash. He was looking down at his phone, and hit me at 50mph while I was stopped.
He didn't have insurance, so I had to pay the $500 deductible.
If you want Chipotle, go to a location in a nice area.
I'm boycotting Chipotle until they ban Door Dash or fix the problem. Too many nights have been ruined because they're main employee base are illegal immigrants who don't speak English, and apparently never learned to identify the numbers 0-9.
User's recommendation: Avoid Chipotle, and any other vendors who use Door Dash when ordering a food delivery.

Always Lien About The Meat Being Fresh
Food wasn't fresh chips was stell And The Employee Was Using Profanity To Me And I really don't appreciate that and I spends money there 3 or 4 times out of the week that was very disrespectful of her to talk to me like that just rude I just would love my food to get remade and fresh

- - The order was delayed due to the ice storm and the food arrived stale.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Partial credit.
Try to order with my bank card and lots of issues had to create another account to be served. A really stressful time and others were having same issues.
By the time I get the food it was awfully stale especially the rice. I always have pleasant in person experience but because of a ice storm here in Maryland I was stuck and disappointed.

I was given half a scoop, which I was a little surprised by, as the portions have changed.
It was surprising to be given only half of a second scoop when asking for a few more beans and rice. I was startled to see the portions that they were providing.

The representative would not give me a credit for my chicken enchilada that was burned when I was only asking for a credit back to my account. This was my second call in my second attempt to get a cre
- - CSR was friendly and said they'd help resolve the issue.
- - Proof via Capital One provided; request credits for burnt enchilada and dry quesadilla.
The customer service representative was friendly and she said she was going to help resolve my issue, however when I sent her my proof of purchase through my Capital One credit card because I did not have an actual receipt else you could credit me was my drink. I was also asking for a credit to my chicken enchilada which was burnt when I picked it up from chipotle I ordered it in person.
It was wrapped in put in the package in the bag, and I did not know that the tortilla was practically burned when I opened it when I got home. Im just asking for a credit for the chicken quesadilla as it should not have been that dark and it was very dry and inedible.

Order not ready when it was supposed to be. Over 10 minutes waiting; could not wait any longer. There was one person making orders, and other people were getting their orders, and he did not even start my order.

- - Today service was poor; smaller portions and charged cilantro-lime sauce; I called customer service.
I have been going to Chipotle since the franchise began. I love and appreciate all the fresh ingredients and the quality service as I order.
Today service was poor. The server gave less than normal portions on the tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole, and less than a full ladle of the new cilantro lime sauce, which has an added charge and is worth it when you get the full ladle. And I had to get a side of guacamole, which was an added charge. If I thought I could say something at the time, I would have, but the server was not exactly user-friendly.
So for the first time, I called customer service.
This is one of the few chains that has fresh ingredients. I will continue to go, but not at this store, which is close to where I live.
