Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement.
User's recommendation: See don’t need to be working for chipotle. If she not welcome any color, she only like white customer I did nothing wrong. Need to get rid of that White manager.

Manager was disrespectful and hung up the phone and accused me for being responsible for the order being made even though it was the workers mistake
I paid for a chicken rice bowl, and the worker made the rice bowl without the chicken. I didnt realize until I came home because I bought the food to go to eat at home.
When I realized there was no chicken in my food, I called that branch and spoke to the manager to tell them that my order was made wrong. And she started accusing me, and saying that how did I not know ahead of time that the order was made wrong and that I should have known. I explain to her that I thought that the worker made the order correctly, and the order I paid for is not the order I received. She kept How is that possible?
and how did you not know? my sister also spoke to her on the phone and she was rude the whole time and then accuse us of being rude when we were not.
My sister asked her for a number for us to speak to someone else because she was being very disrespectful and demeaning we asked her for her name and she said that Im not going to give you my name, we asked to speak to a different manager, and she said theyre on break, when I called the number that she gave for customer service support, it was a fake number I called the branch back and spoke to the same manager and told her the number you gave me is not a real number and I was asking her politely if she could confirm that she is not going to give me a refund for an error that was made by their store. She said I am not confirming or denying anything, and then hung up on me.
