Chipotle - Did not change my pick up location and still waiting on a refund
I placed an order through chipotle website I havent had chipotle in long time probably like 2 years. The pick up location on my order was wrong.
I had to call martinsburg wv chipotle not once but twice. The regular employee was really rude when I asked to change the location she persisted I needed to cancel my order on the app and it would take 3-5 business days. So I had to then download the grimy app. But there wasnt a way for me to cancel my order so I called back to speak to a manager.
The manager was very polite and explained what I had to do on the app to cancel it.
Moral of the story I didnt get chipotle and have been wanting it for awhile I spent $22 I didnt really have to spare and I had to go spend more money somewhere else to get my dinner and Im still waiting on my refund from chipotle. Needless to say, I wont be ordering from them for probably a decade.
User's recommendation: Go into the store and order don’t place an order online.
