We place a weekly order at the 751 S Perryville Rd, Rockford, IL 61108 location. Always a large order.

Never had an issue until today. None of the order was correct. One of the orders was 3 steak tacos extra steak, extra white rice and extra cheese. Paid for all of the extras.

We got 4 or 5 pieces of steak, VERY little rice and VERY little cheese. I called the local store and got the displeasure of speaking with the manager Christina. She was one of the rudest people I have yet to deal with at any business. She kept over talking me, saying that they are having issues with the system so all orders are messed up but its not her problem.

She wouldn't listen to anything I had to say. She kept saying she will replace the order in the future, but wouldn't even let me give my name so that could happen. I asked her at least 5 times to let me speak about this issue. She would just speak louder and kept telling me she had other customers to speak to.

I finally asked to speak to someone else. She just put the phone down and walked away. I could still hear her talking, she would come near the phone and say "why wont he just hang up" finally she or someone else just hung up the phone. We will NEVER eat there again.

I want a full refund and she needs to be dealt with. Keeping someone like that as a manager will cost you business
