NEW LOCATION WITH UNHAPPY EMPLOYEES. UNHAPPY EMPLOYEES MEANS RUDENESS TO CUSTOMERS.

THEY NEED TO RESPECT CUSTOMERS PREFERENCE, THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT, IF THEIR EMPLOYEES WERE NOT ORIENTED WITH THIS, THEY WILL KEEP ON LOSING CUSTOMERS.

THEY JUST OPENED, THEY SHOULD BE MORE NICE TO GAIN MORE CUSTOMERS AND NOT TO RELEASE ANY STRESS TO ANYONE. IF THE CUSTOMER IS ORDERING SOMETHING NOT APPLICABLE WITH THE MEAL BEING OFFERED, BE NICE AND GUIDE THEM. AND NOT TO EMBARRASS THE CUSTOMER NOT RUSH THE CUSTOMER TO DECIDE WHAT TO ORDER.

NOT EVERYONE ON DUTY ON MARCH 29TH ARE RUDER. ONLY ONE STAFF AND BEING TOLERATED BY ALEX HAD DEALT THE SITUATION WITH THE CLIENT WITH A BAD MANNER.
