I ordered on line and click to use my reward that was expiring that day. At checkout the reward fell off.
At pick up I let them know and if I could scan my barcode for my reward.
Aliyah the manager said I would have to buy something.
I told her was my online order not proof of purchase.
She said no so I bought a side of fajitas. She still wouldnt honor my reward.
I told her to cancel my order she refused.
What good is a manager if she cant resolve problems

I would appreciate getting a customer care phone number for your corporate office. There is something terribly wrong with email that I received to send my photos and review too.
First what type of business sends a title pissed consumer? Second you send a email that wants me to pay to join something to write a review and voice my experience? Third to get review completed it tells you that you are emailing a code to complete my review. When you leave the email to get the code to complete you can't go back to enter the damn code.
That's why I haven't emailed my review back. So please send me a phone number to your corporate office. I will be contacting bettrr business bureau and posting my experience on social media!! I went in to purchase a dinner for 10.
Associate started taking my order told her I would like it ala carte. So everyone could make own tacos. As lady was helping and putting meat in dish I told her needed more meat. The Associates put more meat and then the manager Brooke came over took the bowl of meat she just dished for me and dumped it all back into the main pot of meat.
Brooke told her that's too much meat. I told Brooke I ask for more meat I need to feed 10 guests. Brooke continued to telling employees not to put so much food in containers. I gave up on trying to get more meat and moved on to condiments.
I ask Brooke if they had bigger containers other than the tiny clear ones. Ask for lettuce, pico di gallo cheese and corn and guacamole. Brooke told me no only have the tiny clear containers. I saw larger brown containers.
Brooke said no those are only for the queso. I was willing to pay for what I purchased. I said lettuce in those tiny clear containers? Again told Brooke I needed enough to feed 10 guests.
Brooke wasn't pleasant never smiled or replied nicely to any questions or helpful at all Just kept saying NO. Employee put lettuce in 3 tiny clear containers and didnt even fill them up. There was enough lettuce for 3 tacos. I was done trying to order what I needed.
I was so frustrated. Then employee rung me up. I couldn't believe it I was charged close to $80 for not enough food to feed maybe 5 guests. I should've not excepted food and ordered 4 bowls I would've got a lot more food for the price I was paying.
But I didn't want to cause a scene. I got home the food juice leaked out making bag tear. Juice leaked out on my car seats making a mess in my car seats. I didn't even want to eat after this horrible experience at Chipotle.
Husband and I will usually go there and share a bowl there is so much food in it for both of us After this experience we won't be going back.
Brooke could've made suggestions or been little more pleasant. I don't mind spending $80 for Chipotle but give me what I pay for.

The White Marsh Chipotle's chicken is extremely salty and cold. High blood pressure is extremely unhealthy; besides, the meat should be cooked at the right temperature.

I ate at the restaurant at Thousand Oaks mall on Friday evening of Thanksgiving week, yes, one of the busiest shopping days of the year. So you would think that the staff would be attentive to things like cleanliness.
The ladies' bathroom was gross -- no toilet paper, no paper towels in the dispenser, used towels strewn all over the floor especially near the toilet, and a few clean, untouched looking ones which I was forced to use. I added mine to the pile on the floor. Clearly no staff had been in the bathroom for hours. Then the manager was snippy when I told her ("yes, we know") but the staff member I had told was standing right there (so obviously not an urgent matter for the manager).
The smoked brisket was tasty but not a big enough portion to be throughout my burrito and no one told me the cost would be an extra couple bucks. Disappointing to pay so much for a very modest portion. I responded to the Feedback survey but there was nowhere to add text to explain why I was choosing "cleanliness" and "portion." So I called corporate customer service just now and the meager response was essentially: "thanks for telling us, we'll try to do better." There was no offer of a free coupon as a way to ensure my continued patronage. I had not eaten at Chipolte in 9 years since 2015 when the ecoli breakout happened; prior to that I used to eat there about monthly.
I now have no reason to again be a customer. I think Chipolte caters to a young clientele (average age when I visited at dinner hour was no more than 25). I don't think young people bother to complain, taking it all in stride. My generation which knows how to speak up isn't their typical customer.
For good reason. And because of that, I won't be back.

I work in a busy hospital, and we were trying to order lunch. As I tried to check out, their system was giving me problems. I went to the website to try to contact support to resolve it, but unfortunately, I didn't have hours to waste trying to find support, so we cancelled the order. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and they responded with an email stating they had sent a message to the restaurant, questioning what was wrong with my order. My complaint clearly stated that there is no ability to contact customer service. There's no phone number on the website, and the only option for communication -chatting- can't even be pursued until you wade through pages of buried information, designed that way to make it intentionally hard to find the required information.
When I finally found the chat, I was forced to spend 10 minutes dealing with a bot. Then, when a person eventually joined, they took between 5 and 10 minutes to give any responses because they were juggling dozens of complaints. This is all disrespectful and shows an utter disregard for the customer. In addition, when corporate responded to my complaint, they sent a dismissive and scripted email asking for clarification about what was wrong with my order.
My complaint was about the lack of customer service. Corporate didn't even bother reading the complaint before responding, a clear sign of disrespecting their customers. Subsequently, they provided a number and when I called it, I encountered a dismissive overseas call center agent who nonchalantly told me they would provide feedback regarding my complaints.
This is not acceptable. They need to address the complaints rather than dismiss the customer. Therefore, we've removed this business from our list of places to order from. If you want to do business with a company that doesn't care about its customers, doesn't value them and sets up obstacles to getting issues addressed, then this is the business for you.
If you are so self-centered that you don't care how they treat customers because you didn't have a bad experience, and you like the food, then you are part of the problem with why customer service is disappearing in this country.
I will not continue to do business with a company that doesn't respect or value me because I have ethics and values, something which seems to be in short supply nowadays. Until they address their LACK of any meaningful customer service, I will not be looking to do business with them in the future.

I ordered two salad bowls, neither of which had the lettuce usually included with the salads. Despite both being supposed to have fajita veggies, none were found in either bowl.
I also ordered two kids' meals, one with a cheese quesadilla. They put spicy chicken on the quesadilla, thus the child couldn't eat it. The other kid's meal box was a complete mess. The burrito we ordered with the brisket contained only one piece of meat.
The sides we ordered were correct. They did not provide us with any utensils or napkins with our order.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They forced me into product replacement and I requested a refund...eventually they gave it to me.
I REALLY had to dig just to talk to a human on the other end; It was annoying and time consuming and the lady on the other end was very argumentative. They tried to give me an offer with an expiration date; I don't really eat out very often so that wasn't of much value to me and would have likely expired before I could come back in because I live 30 minutes from the nearest chipotle, and only go near there about once a week.
Rather than asking me what I would prefer as a customer they just gave me the offer. I had to call in to get my refund.

Really not acceptable or knowledgeable with respect to the issue or why EVERY SINGLE Chipotle location in Sacramento was closed with no notice being provided on the Company website which would have allowed people to not attempt to order a meal and waste their time in doing so. In general experience this company has not had good customer service by phone for years unfortunately.

Yes it is New Year's Eve but nowhere on their website did it say that every location in Sacramento, Ca was closed for the day! Had to find that out after a long and unproductive call to Customer Service instead.

Well the no toilet paper I can understand kiddo. But the paper towels and toilet paper thrown on the floor if the fault of the people using the bathroom Instead of blaming them blame your thug neighborhood.
The fact that you added your own to the floor shows that you just as much of a dirty thug as the people that did it before you. Maybe if you and the other people's parents taught them to properly dispose of paper towels and toilet paper this would not he an issue. Why should they offer you a free coupon. They are not a charity.
If you want free food, try visiting a canned food drive or soup kitchen. They are not responsnible for feeding those who cannnot afford to eat. Why would they want your patronage? You are basically only complaining and trying to get coupons for free food.
They would rather have customers who can afford to pay for their food than you.
I doubt you would be missed if you allow ONE bad experience stop you from returning. The fact that you need to beg for a free meal shows you cannot afford to g there anymore anyway.
