Denied a menu item at a Chipotle store

We were denied a menu item at a Chipotle store in the New port Richey, FL. However all the other locations that we visit including the Philadelphia and NYC do serve that item no questions asked. I have sent a complaint note several weeks ago but have not heard back yet.

Lack of follow through

They keep lying. No apology. They do not care about you. You are less than NOTHING to them. They really do not care. They show it every single time. Managers are the worst.

User's recommendation: Do not go there and pay for their lackluster service.

Order and points

a couple of months i used my points on line for guacamole. when I got in to pick up they could not figure out that I had paid. ok that i time lost my points and paid for the guacamole. Last week I ordered same thing. The could not find that I paid on line with points. So said that you have to enter your point again. So this time I entered my points twice for 1 guacamole. WE had left store and my order was wrong, had to go back 2 times to get correct order. This store also has A problem WITH GETTING YOUR BOWLS MAKE CORRECTLY. Is is BULL THAT YOU OFFER POINTS! BUT YOUR STORES DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE THEM! 3 TIMES USING POINTS ON ORDER AND ONLY RECEIVED 1 GUACAMOLE

Chipotle stole my money and won’t refund me

They charged me twice and despite calling and messaging numerous times, they just wont refund me. Chipotle is the worst when it comes to refunding.

Wrong online order and restaurant does not answer phone

I placed an order on the company website. The order had some incorrect items which I immediately attempted to contact company via the Chat feature and directly calling the West Orange, NJ store at least 10 times during the course of 30 minutes which went straight to voicemail without any return calls from the local store. Poor best practices for any business.

User's recommendation: The company is no where near the service or quality it provided at it's onset.

Haven't got paid

My son is 17 in his senior year of High school. He worked at Chipotle on 41th St in Baltimore Md. He was not paid & wrongfully fired. They are unprofessional because the management told him two different times that he should be at work. They didn't communicate with each other then fired him for not being there on time. The pay for orientation & working was not paid in full.
