Verified ReviewerThe shape of Chipotle burritos
I have eaten burritos for over 30 years, originally from San Francisco home the the American burrito. Burritos (as shown by your own pictures ) SUPPOSED TO BE LONG AND RELATIVELY THIN.
What is served in most of your stores is a BALL shape bulb for $12.50.
There are two reasons for this phenomenon. first is natural laziness by your employees as it is much easier to throw together a ball rather then take the extra step to balance the tortia and spreading the contents to create the right shape which is easier to hold and enjoy eating.
The second problem is LACK OF TRAINING by your management letting the employee do the easier job. I have talked to several managers who agreed with me but blamed corporate for not instituting the right training.
I would like to see management address this issue before it becomes viral where Chipotle burritos will be called BALLITOS.
Will appreciate a reply on this issue.

i ordered on the app for pickup at my local chipotle and got home, noticed i was missing half the items in my bowl. i walk back as i live around the corner and they said they dont restock after a certain time.
they didnt tell me upon pick up that items were out of stock and did not 86 online.
i have been fighting for going on two days with corporate customer support to get my money back due to the store's negligence and the best theyre doing is a free entree coupon (that they claim is on my account but it isnt!). i dont want or need a coupon that is gonna expire by my next visit, cause i sure as *** do not want to visit this particular chipotle anytime soon.

Terrible customer service if you ask me. I've attached pics of the salted chips, you can't even shake the salt off the chips!!!
*I spent all that money all for them to offer me more food. I mean that's the least they can do, but I need my money back, that's ridiculous!
*I am requesting a full refund for my order. First off I arrived at the restaurant, the lady cooking on the grill had a bag of steak and was putting on the dirty black grill.
She had her stomach pressed up against the grill and the bag of meat pressed up against her stomach. The grill and wall was black. I went to the register where I told a girl and boy that I had an order. They tell me they have no cheese, I can deal with that part, but once I got the food home, I was so disappointed.
This was my first time. My tacos were standing in grease! The bottom of the shells were so soggy. The chips were so salty and so hard to chew, they literally were the toughest chips I've ever had.
I sent my boyfriend to buy tortilla chips at dollar general, which was pointless because the guacamole had no taste at all.
My quesadilla was so salty i trashed it, it was hard around the edges. I have tried to chat with pepper and it showed it was successful, but I haven't gotten a response.
*I have tried and tried to make this complaint elsewhere with no luck

I came into the Spring street location. There was no one.
The lady in line kept rushing my plate and not listening as I asked for more rice and chicken and a little bit of beans so she had to start over because she threw in a whole spoonful of beans. I then asked for a little bit of tomatoes and finished my order. As I was about to pay the lady then comments in Spanish its a problem if you put too much and a problem if you put too little. Ummm excuse me!
No, I told her. Its a problem if you dont listen and try to rush my order. And try to comment in Spanish thinking I dont understand? Then she replied I could say it in English too to which I replied, yeah but you didnt Pendeja.
I walked out and then returned to the counter because I never received the salad dressing. When it was passed down to the front, she just stood there and looked at it and didnt want to hand it to me. So I grabbed it and immediate called the restaurant to speak to the manager. The woman on the phone said she was the manager.
I could hear that she was at the counter so I asked her name. She stated her name was Ashley then the call was disconnected. I walked inside and asked who was Ashley and the same lady was speaking about me in Spanish raised her hand and said she was the manager.
You cant be serious. Either shes lying or needs more training cause she is not profession or manager material.

I will like to share my experience ordering food at. Chipotle restaurant in Florida.
I ordered 2 chicken bowl to go. 1 was with brown rice 1 was with white rice. Normally there are 2 people preparing your food and a cashier. When I made my order 1 person was working by himself behind the counter.
I noticed that all the condiments was empty both rice was nearly empty and he had to scrape the bottom for enough rice to make both bowls. The mild and medium sauce was nearly empty. I only mentioned this because this is not how I normally experience the process. Then he placed the food by the register and I waited 5 minutes before someone that was cleaning walked to the register so I can pay for my food.
Now I wished I walked out and left the food on the counter. When I got home which was a 15 minute drive.
I began to eat my food and realized the rice was extremely hard because it was at the bottom of the pan the other bowl was the same extremely hard. With the increase of price and such a negative experience.

User's recommendation: Have a head crew leader make sure the dining room is cleaned or a walk-through every 45 minutes I understand busy you always can’t but when I got here, it wasn’t busy and the tables weren’t dirty. I literally cleaned my own table and seat.

We have never had this experience at Chipotle before. you know its pretty bad when the bathroom is cleaner than the dining room.
The tables were a living nightmare. There were no drinks no ice and the water was coming out at a trickle. There was no white rice and no chicken. Does that mean that chipotle is no longer in Mexican restaurant?
The pictures say it all though. I will say the manager was working hard and two other employees. As for the rest: they were all on their phones pretty much the whole time. Had we not been really hungry we would not have stayed.
It was clear that the manager did not have the leadership skills required to keep this crew in line doing their jobs.
I took the time to thank the one girl who was actually doing a fine job and say thank you.
Please do something with this location! We will not go back to it.

Update: colossal waste of time. No resolution or refund for the over charge.
Just wasted platitudes and Chipotle attempting to pacify me. The $7.xx charge could be refunded easily. Yet they choose to send multiple email interactions with NO resolution or even attempt to resolve this. I ordered a simple side of RICE nothing more.
I was charged for a full burrito bowl, not as a side. Never in years and years have I ever been treated so poorly from a manager and staff in my life for pointing out that they charged me incorrectly. They didnt care and refused to refund me for the extra charge.
I will never be coming back to this location and writing reviews EVERYWHERE. ALL CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE TREATED WITH RESPECT AND NOT OVER CHARGED.

I went to chipotles for the first time yesterday in Lake City Florida. Notice the car in the handicap spot with no visible decal for disable.
By the way it was positioned I knew immediately it belong to an employee however when I question the manager I was told with an attitude she didn’t care. When I threaten to have the car ticket and towed then an employee came out with a serious attitude and put a placard hanging from her rearview mirror up. However chipotle only has two parking spaces and that employee was tying up A side entry parking spot for the entire day was she work preventing someone and my commission with the wheelchair and a side entry vehicle unable to access it. The attitudes from the staff were immediately rude which told me I would never eat at that restaurant.
I tried to get a hold of somebody and customer service and corporate office but kept getting the recorded message taking me around in circles. Maybe I can get your attention with an attorney for violating ADA federal laws.
There is no respect for the handicap or disable people in this country anymore . I can only hope that one day that business will go out of business and I will do my best to spread the word of their incompetency and miss management not to mention the most horrendous customer service I think I’ve come across in my 64 years of life.
