I placed an order on the Chipotle app and the order went to the wrong store, so I had to re-order my dinner from the store that I wanted it to go to. So I've had to pay for my meal twice I would like to have a refund of 30.32 for the price of my first order.

User's recommendation: Do not order through the app. And if you need a refund good luck I haven’t gotten mine and it’s been a week.

Chipotle - Adjustment needed

Everytime I attend any Chipolte anywhere the brown rice is dry and chewy. Almost cracked a tooth. When it sits in the air as the day goes by it dries out. It needs to be cooked more at the start. I went across the way to Panda and their brown rice was soft and cooked through. Rice is not pasta which may be served al.dente style (haha). Something to consider

Chipotle - Sterotyped and falsley accused of theft

Entered Military Rd location on 7/8/2020 in Niagara falls and customer service of autumn was the worst display of unprofessional behavior, I have ever experienced. Not only was I falsely accused of stealing tortilla chips, the manager on duty never did anything or apologized for the unprofessional treatment of the employee after the incident. This was unacceptable and a poor display of how tax paying consumers are treated. I will no longer visit this establishment nor will my family or friends

In this chipotle, (5510 Xavier Dr. Space Yonkers, NY 10704), A particular worker had terrible attitude, I ordered one thing, and she apparently did not hear me and blamed it on me for not telling her correctly.

Went to buy food with my sister were standing in line together along with a couple in front of us and a family of three behind us the couple in front of us was a Caucasian couple all others were African American decent we were told to stand 6ft apart but the Caucasian couple was not told. The tone the young lady used was rude and unprofessional so when we responded back how does the Caucasian couple can stand with each other but we werent able to

We where we live we have constantly undercooked rice, sometimes very not tasty And burned as well, we stopped going to their restaurants since they micro their portions, and rudeness is regular behavior Good lucks getting refund
