Rude, really rude employee, and the machine has not been working for months. Every time I go in, they make my food and then tell me the machine doesn't work.

- - Visited Moon Township Chipotle three times this month.
- - On two visits, told to come back at noon; door lists 10:15 opening; online orders only.
In the past month, I have attempted to go to the Moon Township (Coraopolis) Chipotle three times. Twice I was told to come back at noon because they were not open yet (a 10:15 opening time is printed on the door), and another time I was told that orders were online only because they did not have a cashier.
I was actually inside the store, but no one would take my order! I am 67 years old. I don't know how to order online. As far as I am concerned, Chipotle owes me gas money for three wasted trips.
I was there yesterday at 11 a.m. on March 25, along with many others.
Preferred solution: My time returned to me. I don't have a lot left. And maybe a meal when I come to this establishment. I don't expect a lot--just do your job.

Fence down between my property and Chipotle from them plowing snow up against the fence .

- - Chipotle didn't take responsibility; GM asked for photos to send to the plow company.
First I called corporate and they were listened to my complaint. Then I called the Chipolte restaurant amd they were not taking any responsibility for what happened.
So I called the GM and she sIaid give me the photos and I will send them to the plow company. The manager at the store had no desire to help.at all.
She said.I.will take pictures later. So if my dog gets loose and ends up.on the hwy the plow company is reaponsible and Chipolte who hired a compqny thay cannot plow worth a ***

Already said what happened: food not hot, burrito was cold, food scraped in bottom, not fresh, trash can overflowing, tables dirty.

Gift cards

I have bought gift cards for my grandkids twice, and they have not received them. Is there anything I can do?
It was a Christmas and Easter gift card. This is their favorite place to eat.

The whole family enjoys the food , and the customer service is very good.
Just one suggestion for the app team: it would be great if the app were more user-friendly. For example, if Im in a different location, the app could automatically detect it or ask me which location Id like to place my order from.
Poor customer service
- - Visited Chipotle at 4022 Mercury Ave, Hampton 23666.
- - No regular chicken at lunch, al pastor offered for extra cost and wait time suggested.
Went to the chipotle location at 4022 Mercury Ave Hampton 23666.i tried to order a chicken bowl and a burrito, was in formed they had no chicken at lunch time and I can get the al pastor chicken for additional cost. That was by the manager didnt get his name.
When I informed them that its not our fault why should we have to pay extra because yall dont have regular chicken.
The manager said we can wait for the chicken to cook and the chicken wasnt even on the grill yet. As we were walking out to leave one of the male employees in front of the manager said yall can just go and my co worker turned around and said we were leaving you dont have to be rude.

No chips with my order and came in after to misplace, but forgot. But then again, I turned away.

- - They refused a refund, leading to a bank chargeback.
- - I will not eat at Chipotle again.
They tried to cheat a girls wrestling team out of $170 when they provided no food. They refused to give a refund at all and I had to do a charge back through my bank.
Absolutely unacceptable way of doing business, thankfully my bank is a good bank and was able to help. I will not eat chipotle ever again.

Had a horrible experience at the Chipotle on 12831 Campus Pkwy, Noblesville, IN 46060. Their staff refused to give me a refund after they told me it would be an hour before making my food. I will be filing a chargeback with my bank.

IF you want a full refund, you should RETURN THE FOOD.
“Already said what happened..”. Well not on this site you did not.
And IF Chipotle sees this complaint it is meaningless.
It looks like a rant with no details from someone who did not handle their business in the moment. If us other consumers read this, same thing.
