Customer service

Made an online order and picked wrong location (both have same street name, but different cities). No option to cancel online.

Called the store and they had no idea what to do. I then called Corporate Help Line and was disconnected by Chipotle due to long wait times. What the heck. If I hadn't paid already I would just let it go as I tried to cancel it and do the right thing.

I should have been more careful in picking the store location, but this is terrible customer service.

Now I have no food and lost the money.

I'm not wasting the gas to sit in traffic to go to the wrong store. Maybe I'll eat something else from now on.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $8.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
